Title image: Microspheres Microspheres were prepared from styrene via emulsion polymerization by students in the prac- tical training in polymers at FHNW. The spheres (Ø approx. 0.25 µm) form hexagonally ordered assemblies when dried on the sample holder. The image was taken with an electron microscope.
